Orb Studio (orbstudio.io) is operated by Arbore Pruina. This notice explains what personal data we collect on this site, what we use it for, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Only what you give us in the forms. When you apply to a round: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp, country, your answers about your idea, stage and availability, and how you heard about us. For the Seed Program: your email. The site uses no advertising cookies and no analytics tools; it only remembers your language preference.
What we use it for
To review your application, schedule your interview and give you a decision; to send you the free Seed Program modules and tell you when a round opens. We don’t sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
Your idea stays confidential
We treat what you tell us about your idea as confidential. We sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before the interview.
Who we share it with
Only the providers that help us run the site and email (Amazon Web Services cloud infrastructure), under agreements that limit how they can use it. We may also disclose data when the law requires it.
Retention
We keep your data for as long as we need it to handle your application or request and any relationship that follows, or as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data and object to its use (under Canada’s PIPEDA, or ARCO rights under Mexican data-protection law). Write to us and we respond within the legal deadlines.
Changes
If we change this notice, we’ll publish the new version on this page with its date.
