Most good ideas never become companies.

  1. They stay “someday”.

  2. Savings go to freelancers, courses and tools that never add up to a company.

  3. Someone else builds it first.

  4. And one day you go back to a job you didn’t want.

Execution, not capital, should decide which ideas become companies.

We’ve founded companies too. We know what it’s like to have the idea and none of the rest — no team, no money, no one to ask what comes next. So we built the studio we wish we’d had.

  • Since 2019
  • Founders, not consultants
  • A full team behind every company

We don’t coach startups. We build them with you.

Frequently asked questions.

What does it cost?

No cash. The program is paid for with equity in the company we build together.

How much equity do you take?

It depends on the stage and what needs to be built. We discuss it in the interview, before you decide anything.

Why equity and not a fee?

Because we put in a full team and the costs until launch, and we only win if your company wins.

Who makes the decisions?

The studio leads until graduation, and you’re part of every decision and every execution. When you graduate, you run it.

What if someone takes my idea?

We sign an NDA before the interview. And every company we’ve built still belongs to its founders.

Do I have to quit my job?

Yes. The program is full-time — that’s how you launch in months, not years.

Do I need to code?

No. We bring the technical team; you learn what you need to lead it.

What kind of businesses do you accept?

Any industry, as long as a digital product is central to its growth.

At what stage can I apply?

Any: an idea, a prototype, or your first customers.

Can I apply from another country?

Only from Mexico or Canada. There’s one round per country.

Who pays for servers, app stores and ads?

We do, until launch. After that, the company pays from its revenue.

Who owns the company?

A new company is incorporated, with you as founder and Orb Studio as a shareholder.

How long is the program?

Until you launch and reach stable revenue of up to US$200,000 a year. Launch usually comes between months 3 and 5.

How many companies do you accept?

1–3 per round, every quarter. That’s why each one gets the full team.

What happens when I graduate?

We stay on as shareholders with lighter support. If you need teams on subscription, Vesk is there.

What is the Seed Program?

Our curriculum for founders. The first modules are free with your email; the full program is for accepted companies.

Still have questions?

Most good ideas never become companies because their founder has no team and no capital. At Orb Studio we build your company with you from the ground up: we validate the idea, build the product and the brand, launch, and grow until revenue is stable. We bring the team, the tools and the costs until launch, in exchange for equity. You bring the idea, full-time commitment and a willingness to learn — and you graduate as an entrepreneur who knows how to run your company.
